This project was developed for a client in Puerto Rico, in the province of Santa Elena. It involved excavating approximately 1.5 meters beneath the existing house to make use of the available space and build a fully functional suite.

From the beginning, we worked closely with the client to understand and meet their needs in terms of both space and design. The result was a compact yet well-distributed suite that includes a living room, kitchen, dining area, bathroom, and bedroom.

This project offered a valuable opportunity to apply our creativity and focus on efficient design—maximizing every square meter without compromising on detail or aesthetics.
